This is a great RTM it has some of the features from ECB2's MOD menu. Its works ok but be careful it sometimes freezes your game. (Supports GTA 1.16)

Black Ops B777x Tool (LAST UPDATE)
B777x Stats Tool is the best tool for editing, stats, unlocking weapons, and non host mods. I would recommend this tool to anyone. Remember always have an Anti ban Eboot on your PS3 before modding any Call of duty games.
